History

Established in 2012.

Christopher Ian Gladue began Native Delights when he fabricated his own Mobile Food Vending Cart and took to the streets of Edmonton to sell Aboriginal Cuisine. In January 2014 he expanded to include a full-​sized Concession Trailer. He has since collaborated and partnered up in this business venture with his Fiancé Rondell Desjarlais to open his first restaurant in Edmonton, AB.
