I love pandora! They are a chain so their product is pretty much the same all across the board. I’ve shopped at multiple pandora stores and it seems like their service is pretty standard as well. Their jewelry is gorgeous and the quality never disappoints. The girls are usually pretty nice and will help you find what you are looking for. You can also go on to scope out what jewelry pandora sells if you’ve never been to one before! It’s an adorable shop and hint hint: if you get your mom, gf, fiancé, wife, tennis parter etc. this, you’d definitely earn lots of brownie points! Pandora carries a variety of jewelry and charms for special occasions as well(graduation, birthdays, weddings, births, pets, literally everything)!!! Go check it out now!

I’ve shopped for charms at several Pandora sites and like this store the best. It’s well lit, well displayed, and well stocked, plus the staff is helpful and very, very patient. It’s not easy to walk in and make a selection quickly(unless you have first spent hours either at the online Pandora site, which does not sell to you, or the store has given you one of the HUGE catalogs with decent pictures of everything — it’s like a study guide to charms!!) so patience is really appreciated. For some reason, I’m not personally a fan of the bracelets — oh, they are lovely, and I know people enjoy collecting momentos of their special times — but it’s not something I want for myself. However, it’s really nice if you have a relative or friend who adores theirs, as it makes future gift giving easier! Bracelets aside, however, you can find gorgeous necklaces and rings here as well, and again the displays are terrific — you are even able to try on rings without bothering a clerk because of their clever little cables attached. Since I prefer to browse a lot before asking for help, this was a real plus to me. Big hint for husbands and boyfriends: get the catalog from the store and ask your sweetie to go through and circle the ones she likes — no more boo-boos like an anniversary toaster or birthday vacuum!

Oh man I love the service I got at this location! I was given a Pandora bracelet for Christmas, it broke the first day i had it on. I went to the west Edmonton mall location and was treated very poorly, so poorly that i thought i would never step foot back into another Pandora store. My family spends a lot of money at a Pandora store down in Calgary as that is where i am from. long story short I was able to talk to the manager at the store in Calgary who recommended the Kingsway location. Kristine is the manager at Kingsway, she is such a joy to deal with. she switched out my bracelet within moments of talking to me. I was so happy I ended up buying a charm to remember the moment by

My Mom took me to Pandora for an early Christmas present. It’s a busy time of year(11 days until Christmas) and we only had to wait approximately 5 minutes for assistance — Thumbs up! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The layout of the store was modern and bright. My favorite display piece was for rings when you first walk in the store. They were displayed on a podium or pedestal in a beautiful box that had each ring attached to a retractable cable allowing you to immediately pick them up and try them on. They also had necklaces with many different creative options similar to their namesake charm bracelets. They boasted an array of leather, sterling silver, and gold bracelets and over 900 charms. The starter kit comes with a sterling silver bracelet, 2 clips valued at $ 30, and 1 charm valued at $ 40. I chose to upgrade one of my clips and my charm. I also chose the oxidized sterling silver bracelet which is said to give a bit of an antique look over time. There were many, many charms to choose from: silver, gold, jeweled, glass, etc. My personal favorites were the adorable sterling silver animals(like a turtle and a sleeping kitty) and the Fairy Tale line which had a coach, slipper, castle, and so on. The appeal to me is to collect charms over time for milestones(new baby, wedding anniversary, and even remembrance charms. I look forward to seeing what random charm my toddler picks out for me in the future. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is I find the price to be on the high end. Some charms and spacers are reasonable around the $ 30-$ 40 price point but then others are $ 90-$ 100 for having pave style cubic zirconiums — hmm… seems a little outrageous to me. Of course, they have beautiful 14k gold charms as well… But I really don’t feel the need to buy $ 200-$ 400 charms for my bracelet. Never the less, I am sure my family and I will be frequenting this location for many years to come.
