Have an air cooled model? Bring it in! Our mechanic own’s a ’69 VW Beetle and knows the air cooled engines inside and out.

History

Established in 2010.

Owned and operated by Neil and Allie Korpesio, Pug City Euroworks was opened with a simple philosophy: treat everyone with kindness, honesty and resepct.

The Korpesio’s noticed a lack of customer service and were constantly flabbergasted at the tales of rudeness and deceit heard from people when dealing with automotive repair shops. They decided to bring back the mom and pop mechanic shop were customer’s KNOW who is working on their car and WHO is answering the phone.

PCE wants you, the customer, to feel good about leaving your car with us, knowing we will treat you with the honesty and respect you deserve.

I bought a used VW and soon afterwards noticed some noise and play in the front suspension. Not a big surprise given how horrid the roads are in Edmonton. I took it to Neal and Allie at Pug City. They replaced the old damaged components. For a few weeks, the car drove beautifully, but then the same clunking noises started coming from the front end when I drove over bumps.
What happened? I thought everything was great? Had something Pug City did come undone? I took it back for another look. They found that a sub-​frame bolt had come loose. They tightened it up, no charge to me, and now the car is driving brilliantly again.
A strong testament to the care and appreciation Pug City gives to its customers.

A great business! My car broke down on the way home from work. Most places are closed at 5, but Pug City Euroworks is open until 6, allowing me time to call and arrange to take my car there for repairs the next day. This was a major relief, as I am required to have a car for my job, so knowing that it would be seen the next day really helped ease the stress! My car was fixed quickly and I picked it up after work the next day. Good prices and courteous, friendly staff. The smoothest, most pleasant and convenient experience I have ever had regarding car repairs. I whole-​heartedly recommend Pug City Euroworks!

I love Neil, Allie and Pug City Euroworks. They saved a bad situation with a SmartCar I was responsible for, by giving me advice on what the options were for the car, explaining what the problem was, and resolving the problem once we decided what direction to go.
Neil’s business is built on good old fashioned integrity and ethics. I felt I could always trust Neil. He is an honest man who does what he says he will do, on time, and was just really, really nice to deal with. He doesn’t ever make you feel like he is only in it for the money and that’s surprising these days in the auto repair industry.

After months of stress dealing with a sketchy mechanic at a different shop I was referred to Neil and Allie by a coworker and couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received so far. They go above and beyond to make things as convenient as possible, their prices are incredibly fair and the work is done with great attention to detail. You can tell this place is run with love for what they do and a desire to help people as much as possible.

Pleasant and trustworthy! I was very happy with Neil and his work on my 1991 BMW 318i. Serviced in a timely fashion and I like his integrity. No over sells or scary premonitions just honest advice. And all this and he has great pricing as well. More than reccomend this place for service. It is no wonder they are so busy!

Neil and Allie are the only people that I will trust with my Mini Cooper and I have recommended many many many other people. They are always fast and efficient, and HONEST… Prices are good and the quality of service is second to none.
