Description

Specialties

Roast fuels up and winds down both morning and evening diners and drinkers alike. Beneath large, dramatic chandeliers, the early risers sip on direct-trade coffee roasted locally in Alberta and devour freshly baked (in-house) pastries. They can also re-energize with a decadent mint-mocha or maple-bacon blended espresso. Towards the mid-day, diners enjoy any of our craft sammies, which changes weekly based off of local sources.

The night owls on the other hand swirl glasses of wine, or swig some of the more than 40 offerings of beer. They can also enjoy artisan flatbreads, which are made in-house and created to pair perfectly with your favourite glass of wine or a crisp craft beer.

Roast is a space where customers can come in and enjoy the various offerings throughout the day. Grab a coffee in the morning and come back at night to enjoy a glass of wine over a good book. The experience at Roast transforms as the day goes by. We hope to see you soon.

History

Established in 2012.

A recent addition to the Edmonton area, Roast has quickly become a favorite among the community as the place to go for a fresh cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or delicious eats. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and better serve our customers!
