This store seems PACKED with stock, but the stock seems random and not to be in very good condition: the only winter jacket I kind of liked was damaged for example. That said, if you’re looking for discount things, this is the SEARS location to visit. Very inexpensive and full of stock to dig through.

This is now an outlet store. All the other store’s garbage gets sent here for what I can only assume will be it’s eventual close out. Having said that. I did find some bargains for my short self in the ladies wear department. It’s tough finding petites anymore and I can always find something here. I bought an extra pair of black bathing suit bottoms for $ 5.00. I also found that their candy section has been drastically reduced. My PMS cravings led me here to buy Belgian chocolates for cheap cheap cheap!!! I will argue to anyone that Belgian chocolate is far superior to all others. I will be checking this store monthly for deals until it vanishes. I will also be stocking up on candy.

. From one of North Americas largest employers to becoming almost irrelevant in the retail market. I always try to buy a few things there. I wondered into this Bonnie Doon sears not looking for anything in particular, but nearly the whole store was 40% off! Anyways I bought several items and a staff member helped carry out my bags to my car! I have never had that happen in a department store before, and I thought it deserved a kudos. I hope Sears can hang in there in Canada, but it seems the department store market has become so crowded with target, Walmart, Costco, Canadian tire, and the bay. That there will be a consolidation of some sort in the near future. Xs cargo just filed bankruptcy and I believe this will be a ongoing trend for large retail chains.

I am trying to contact this store location as the Kingsway Sears near me don’t carry sofa slipcovers. I called the store’s number and first pressed 3, then 2 for home décor. I have tried THREE times now, and once I do this, there is a brief click, then a ‘beep, beep, beep’ dial tone. I don’t know why they don’t have a number selection to actually SPEAK to a Customer Service Representative! Sure isn’t helping me to form a very positive impression of Sears.
