Well, my request for no cheese on my sammich was ignored, I even double asked when she handed it to me and she reassured me there was no cheese.
Sadly there is cheese present on my sammich guys! Otherwise, friendly, timely service.

This is the slowest Starbucks on the planet. I went into the store not to the drive thru. Took close to 30 mins to get through small line and get my coffee. Unreal.

Not one of my fave Starbucks locations. Service was slow and I saw a few people doing very little when the inside line up was packed. They need to learn to manage their time better by more useful. Long line up inside plus no lineup on drive thru equals GO HELP THE INSIDE LINEUP!!!

It is never a bad thing when a Starbucks has a drive thru.
The service at this particular location is always fast and friendly and my order has never been messed up. The location of the actual drive thru line seems to be in a bad location but it is functional none the less.

Café and drive thru experiences here differ a lot. Ordering from the café is always a great experience. Baristas call down the line to get your drink started and always get your order right. Every one is very friendly and personable. Drive thru staff — especially in the evening hours — are less than friendly, and my drink is usually made incorrectly. I also find it confusing when hot drinks are given without a sleeve.
