Choosing from affordable shooting package lets you try up to 24 different air-​guns. All packages include everything you need to shoot.

The environment is fully interactive, welcoming, and appropriate for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ages 8 and up.

An initial firearms safety and handling orientation coupled with supervision contribute to a secure setting with a focus on fun.

Recreational shooters appreciate both the convenience of drop-​in access and the interactive fun that provides for a unique and memorable experience.

Competitive shooters appreciate a supportive environment where they can hone their skills and participate in casual and formal shooting competitions.

History

Established in 2013.

Stormbringer Air-​Gun Range and Supply seeks to provide accessible, affordable, and fully enjoyable shooting sports to urbanites, both recreationally and competitively.

Using air-​guns classified as uncontrolled firearms under the Canadian Firearms Act and Canadian Criminal Code, Stormbringer Air-​Gun Range and Supply offers shooting experiences and access to shooting sports that is normally out of reach for most Canadians. This includes 10-​metre pistol and rifle Olympic style shooting, iron plate action shooting, and shooting reactive steel.

The skills and safe firearm handling taught and developed at this indoor public shooting range are fully transferable to conventional firearms,

A significant benefit to air-​gun firearms is the lack of exposure to toxic lead dust and chemical discharge associated with conventional firearms.

Stormbringer provides all the fun of shooting with more supported styles and activities, without the expense and health risk.

Business Owner

My passion for guns, marksmanship, and competition finds it’s origins in my youth as a cadet and recreational shooter.

Since then I have embraced anything that took some form of marksmanship; throwing rocks, archery, laser tag, paintball, air guns, airsoft, and live-​fire guns. Sometimes for competition, most times for recreation. Year after year I have continued to enjoy shooting in it’s many forms.

However, I was finding the singular experience of shooting stationary paper targets with conventional firearms at at local ranges to be increasingly boring and lacking both challenge and excitement. Competitive shooting sports was elusive due to the lack of access to competitive events, leagues, and tournaments. This was compounded by the expense of competing in the few live-​fire shooting sports available.

Stormbringer Air-​Gun Range and Supply is my way of both enjoying and delivering affordable, accessible, and exciting shooting sports to Edmontonians.
