Stratica Medical

I was referred to Dr. Grewal by a family member and Dr. Grewal’s friend/​fellow physician to treat my persistent acne. Dr. Grewal put me on Accutane immediately which I was grateful for as it was the last resort for me and needed help. I have seen some improvement in the five months I have been on, but my last two visits, especially my most recent, Dr. Grewal couldn’t be bothered to stay in the room for even 5 minutes. I have tiny bumps all over my face and body and am very concerned and he wouldn’t even LOOK at my skin, he just wrote a prescription for a cream and told me to use it on my face and body. Every time I tried to ask a question he kept leaving the room, or had his back turned to me so I just gave up. I had really high hopes for him, and I am extremely disappointed. Staff are friendly enough, never a wait time, clean clinic but I felt like I was a nuisance to everyone there my last visit.

I was referred to Dr. Grewal by my family doctor. He has completely changed my skin! I used to have moderately bad acne, but after using topical treatments, he prescribed me Clarus. I was on it for almost a year. My skin is perfectly clear now, I occasionally get the odd pimple if I’ve been more active recently. He also removed a few of my moles, they do have some scarring but of course that is expected. They still look a lot better however! I used to always wear makeup to cover up my acne, now I rarely ever wear makeup. I am so proud of my skin! He did do laser treatments on me to help improve the texture and colour on the scars as well. He is so nice and always very friendly! The staff are wonderful and the rooms are always very clean. They are very professional.

Todd is absolutely awesome. I’ve been a customer for years because my dermatologist is in the same building. Unlike most pharmacists that take the prescription and fill it, Todd works with the dermatologists to suggest different treatments. I had a stubborn wart on my finger that had been frozen 50+ times over a year and a half! and it was dead within 2 weeks of trying a compound that Todd worked up with one of the Stratica doctors. I could have kissed them both for that!

This pharmacy located under Stratica Medical Dermatology clinic is fantastic.
The pharmacists are always respectful and friendly.
They always efficiently mix together any prescriptions I’ve needed for my skin and have it ready within minutes.
To date, I’ve never had to leave and come back.
