This place is close to where I work, and so I have come here a couple of times, though I don’t know why! It’s your typical pub/​lounge, located next to a convenience store in a trailer park where Edmonton meets Sherwood Park (17th Street).
The first time I came was for lunch; it was pretty busy and I just got a basket of fries and something to drink. The fries — perhaps the most basic of pub food — were not good, tasting like they came out of some old McCain’s frozen bag.
The atmosphere is weird, as some half-​wall splits up the room. There are VLTS, but not much else, and the service both times were unimpressive (I didn’t even bother tipping the second go ’round). Not for me!
