Love it. Simple, pre made ready to go fresh awesome sandwiches. My favorite is the fresh real baked ham. It’s amazing. The Jambalaya soups is also awesome. Go hear instead of fife and deckel for a change. It’s great!

Great soup, great sandwiches, and they post their daily menu on facebook so you can check what they’re serving before you show up. (Or keep an eye out for your favourites!)
Good, healthy, homemade style lunch.
They can be a little pricy, lunch can run $ 10-​$ 15 dollars, depending on the extras, drinks are $ 2, desserts are $ 2 – 3, «premium» soups and sandwiches are marked up a couple dollars.
But you are getting value for your money not grease, fat or sugar; they offer tons of healthy choices, including salads, and the food is wholesome, fresh, and TASTY.

For those who work in the south-​east part of Edmonton, you know how hard it can be to find a decent and quality lunch place. I found this little gem today and will definitely be going back. Fresh sandwiches, soups and baked goods all for a good price. Take out only so it’s good to take your lunch on the go. They also have a catering menu for lunch meetings and such. Check it out!
