Established in 1993.

Founded in 1993 Balaklava Audio has been providing Southern Ontario with unparalleled service, consultation and design of smart home systems. A smart home is defined by the combination of different systems integrated together to function as one easy to use system. Connect with your system using a universal remote control, touch-​screen or iPad app to use any of your systems features.

Long-​term relationships with our clients ensure that every systems has the flexibility and simplicity our clients have come to expect. Detailed drawings ensure that every project is completed to the clients’ expectations in quality and within budget. Business Owner

Mark started his business in 1993 with a retail location that offered both showroom and a shop space in the rear for mobile audio installations. While looking to better serve his customers he closed his retail location and renovated the showroom into a living space designed to simulate different systems and features that are available for both residential and commercial applications.

With demand and business coming in from all over Ontario the showroom was converted to a «by appointment only» space, but you’ll still find the door open and Mark hanging around usually Monday to Friday.

Mark’s calm and cool approach to any situation has paid him dividends in clients that build his reputation of superior service and expertise second to none!
