I had the same miserable experience as others. They don’t pick up the phone ever, when you go there you aren’t given much information, and then the power fix that was made to my laptop broke again within a month.

Amateur customer service.
They took my laptop for five days and then called me to tell me I would have to be charged before the conducted the estimate after they agreed to check it without so.
Sony does not have many service centers and this after warranty customer service turns me away from this brand, and this service center.
To fix my LED screen on my laptop came to $ 657. Holy expensive. I could have bought a tablet.
Poor service, expensive labour and shitty products make me wonder how Sony would still be alive if it weren’t for its brand name. No wonder apple is doing so well with its customer service and expert onsite tech help.
