Great place to get your tires, staff are extremely friendly. Just get there early cause they have a lot of customers who have to wait, so the earlier the better.

Had tpms sensors put in my winter tires. Was told by another shop they were the wrong sensors. Factor tire installed them no problem. Was quick and amazing price! Definitely will return for future needs.

Been there 3 times to get my tires. Guys are nice and quick! Will be going back to get all my other tires.

I’ve actually been to place twice and each time had a great service!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I contacted this company about getting a quote for new tires put on my car. I had someone named James call me and proceed to argue with me over what tires my car needs. He argued that the size of tire I had requested were too small for my car and kept saying I was wrong and his reason behind maintaining his position? «because the computer says so». I told him I wasn’t and that considering it’s my car and all that I would know what it needs, I even told him the sticker in the door has the size I was inquiring about so I asked him if that means the manufacturer was wrong as well?! In the end, he refused to send me a quote until I sent him «proof» (the sticker in the door) that I was right… smh, I bet if I was a guy this pathetic argument wouldn’t have occurred!

Extremely unprofessional!
If you care about your car do not bring it here.
They do a half ass job and will not own up to bad work.
I also was added on Fb by one of the workers there. Who I did not come into contact with. When asked how he got my contact he said he got it from my pay statement.
So anyone there can look at your information credit card number etc.
Horrible place run by idiotic young males.
