Radisson Suites Hotel

After using Hotwire all through NYC, Boston, and Niagara Falls I was SO happy with this hotel! It is the biggest hotel we’ve stayed in this far for the price and it has a business center and free wifi. It also has a free airport shuttle! Very happy with this hotel.

This is an average hotel. It’s clean but dated, decent location and price. The room I received was quite large, albeit oddly laid out.
Air conditioning in the room is LOUD. But it works well so that’s a plus.
The cleaning staff are super friendly and kind which is nice. Front desk staff less so. Not rude but not welcoming. Kinda should be the other way around if not everyone can be friendly…
Would I stay here again? For a night maybe. Not for an extended stay. But it’s a solid airport hotel ($ 20 cab ride) if you are just looking for a spot to crash.

My parents and I got a suite with 2 queens. The room was very spacious with a couch, desk, microwave, mini-​fridge, 2 tvs etc. The bathroom sink was also in a separate room from the bathroom and other rooms which is nice. Each mattress was also a sleep number mattress which was cool.
Now for the cons: the entire building is very old. It must have been very nice back in its hay day years ago but not so much now. All the furniture and décor look worn and there’s random holes in the walls. When we got to our room, we discovered that the sleep number controller was missing from one of the beds. After calling the front desk they informed us that the controllers are removed once they break but they’d send maintenance to check it out. They never came. Next we found that the TV in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t turn on. Called the front desk again and they said they’d send maintenance again. This time they actually came. After fiddling with the TV they determined it was broken and asked if we’d be ok moving to a different room since we were staying a few days. At least the room was the same though you could tell no one had stayed there in a while and everything was unplugged. There’s also an additional charge for parking even though their lot is uncovered so make sure to add an additional ~$ 14 a night for that.

I am pleased to say the hotel upgraded us to a nicer room and apologized for my inconvenience. I had a great hot shower and a clean room … I’m a happy girl. Thank you to the management at at the Radisson Hotel

Highly recommended. Location is great. They were super nice. It was during the ice-​storm and hotels were booking fast. They have us a room last minute without gouging us with the price.
Even thought we are right next to the airport, the sound of the planes was very faint.
The staff were friendly, helpful and quick with the check in. Couldn’t ask for more especially with how busy the hotels are currently.
The rooms were clean. Equipped with everything you need. I booked a king suite. Such a cute but roomy room. Had two TV’s, both flat screens. The bathroom was very clean and had extra towels and toiletries. The room itself was also very clean. Very welcoming.
The bed was a ‘sleep number’ bed. Very comfortable. Had plenty of pillows.
The price was perfect. Would definitely come back here.

Perfectly suited for an airport hotel, rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful. I really liked the pub, plus they have Steam Whistle beer on tap!

I booked the Radisson for a two night stay in the Toronto-​area and right away I was blown away by the price. I booked it through
and the process was simple. When I checked in at the desk the staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price, the room was fantastic! It was a suite-​style room with a living room area and a king bed in the bedroom. The room was clean, well put together, and there were plenty of supplies in the room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here.

Not sure who sold the chain on sleep number beds, but who can figure their sleep number out in one night?
