We dropped in to Rogers so we could exchange a remote control and modem.
The place was clean with lots of seating, which was important since it was really busy and there was a wait. We were quickly greeted by a guy with a clipboard who took our names. We were served in about 15 minutes and got to watch soccer on the TVs for a while. The person who helped us was also very polite and we got our new modem and remote control with some directions on set up in 5 minutes.
The experience was fine, but not really something I’d like to repeat. I wonder if it’s only so busy because it’s inside a mall?
