It is like they are trying to annoy customers, bad process and incompetent staff
We use to purchase almost all our home furnishings and appliances from Sears.
We came into $ 50k and decided it was time to update things around the house.
First thing was to update a small broken fridge under warranty from Sears.
This took 8 weeks post buy back approval to buy and deliver the upgraded fridge.
We were so annoyed we purchased everything with a competitor who treated us better.
Sears was a great company at one time, now it would be best to let it die in peace.
