Finally someone in this business gets it… I hear the Rogers store in Fort Erie is locally owned and operated which is probably why the service is so good. After a zillion bad experiences calling call centres and getting no where it is great to be able to have such wonderful service locally in Fort Erie. The store is very busy which is also a great sign. I friendly young man helped me pick the correct phone and plan (as I was switching from another provider), the process was smooth and he showed me how to set up my voicemail and email accounts. What a breath of fresh air. The Rogers network has been great, if ever I receive roaming charges because my phone bounces over to the United States from time to time, Rogers credits back my account.
