From Cannelloni to Cannoli, Panini to Pancrepes, we offer a dynamic blend of original Family recipes and new-​age fusions, to provide our customers with a wide array of palate pleasing dishes and comfort food classics.

All of our pastas are locally produced and our sauces stem from time-​honored recipes passed down by family members for generations. With an emphasis on eco-​consciousness and sustainability, we believe in supporting local economy and work with some of the Fraser Valley’s finest farms to use the freshest produce for our culinary creations. All of our packaging and utensils are 100% biodegradable and recyclable.

From the gulf of Napoli to the shores of BC’s WestCoast, we bring you authentic Italian pasta dishes delivering our age old traditions and culture, one bowl at a time.

With firm family roots, years of culinary experience and a passion for flavourful creations, siblings Chiara and Alessandro Gladden bring you a unique dining experience and a taste of their cultural background.

Chiara (la sorella):

With a passion for life and its many flavours, Chiara combines her wordly travels with generational recipes to recreate her favorite dishes growing up in her lively Neopolitan famiglia.

Eight years of culinary experience under her belt means she blends creativity and culinary traditions with flair to bring you what she knows best… delicious food!

Alessandro (il fratello):

With his charismatic charm and a flare for food, fun and fervor, Alessandro is the court jester of the tenacious Hotties troupe. Humor and huge portions go hand in hand for this tour de farce!

With over 10 years of experience in the food service industry, Alessandro brings his invaluable culinary skills to the table, or shall we say… Mobile Pasta Bar?
