History

Established in 2011.

Linda Cupples and her team of women run Galiano Island Soap Works studio and store on Trincomali Farms which is located on Galiano Island, first stop in the Gulf Islands from Mainland Vancouver Canada when coming via BC Ferries from the Vancouver mainland. Trincomali Farms is one of Galiano Island’s largest working farm and is also an animal rescue sanctuary.

Many of the ingredients that go into our products are grown right here. We strive to derive the goods we make from the environment we live in — respectfully and sustainably. We are committed to researching and using organic natural raw ingredients in our products all grown on our farm. Most of our skin care products contain the common stinging nettle (Urtica Dioica) because we believe nettle is an essential ingredient for youthful healthy skin and we have an abundance of it! Other key ingredients that are used in many products are lavender, wildcraft chamomile, mint, comfrey, sea buckthorn leaves, rosemary, eucalyptus leaves and
