There is one main plus and one main minus to using this place.
On the plus side, they do good work for a reasonable price (or at least it seems reasonable to me). I had an old Danier leather jacket relined a couple of years back and I’m sure it it will last another 5 years at least. And they did a good job on another winter jacket of mine just recently.
On the minus side is their customer service. My last time using them I had them: 1) not meeting their own deadline for having it ready (took 2 weeks instead of 1); 2) failing to call to advise it was ready as they said they would do; and 3) not being open during their regular business hours.
So, all in all, I would use them again but I wouldn’t use them if I were in a rush and I’d definitely call them to make sure they are open and the item is ready to be picked up before going over.
