As far as sailing clubs go this one is Topnotch. Although, this is ths only sailing club I have sailed out of thus far.
They have great staff, great selection at the bar for post race enjoyment.
Weekly races, run by the club, as well as many weekend races.
Always very professional, for what we call «beer can racing».
They have a wonderful Junior sail program, for the kids, and offer a Learn to Sail every year for Adults, who are looking to get into keel boat sailing.
And what a view of St. Margaret’s Bay!

This review isn’t for the sailing portion of the club, since I haven’t actually ever sailed here.
What i’m reviewing the ‘St. Margaret Sailing Club’ for is their facility, which can be rented out. My boyfriend Mark, has his annual work Christmas party here every year and so far i’ve been extremely impressed! There’s a massive wrap around deck overlooking the harbour, open bar with extremely accommodating bartender, a tv room for kidlets, and they even allow fireworks to be launched off the beach in front of the club!
Beautiful club! I hope i’ll have the opportunity to sail here at some point!
