My uncle has the best poutine EVER! Amazing gravy, perfect curds and the best fries! Very clean cooking, fresh ingrdts. and diff exciting choices on the menu! He’s an incredible cook and very creative!

This is a great «ma and pa» chip wagon situated in the Canadian Tire parking lot on Ogilvie road. I really love supporting local business’s, especially when the owners treat each customer with a smile, and are truly grateful for their clientele.
Fry Thyme makes one hell of a poutine. Light, perfectly salted gravy, st. Albert cheese curds, and fresh cut fries. I love how you can see into the kitchen (whole potatoes waiting to be chopped up), and none of that bagged fries nonsense (I have seen my fair share of food trucks using bagged frozen fries).
They have a pretty big menu, making everything from sandwiches to butter chicken poutine. The only downside is that their sizes for poutine are much smaller than the competitions, and the prices are much higher. A large is about 8.50 after hst and is equivelant to a small poutine. Their prices are not pocket friendly, so I will only go back for a poutine once in a while :)
