Personal Impressions is Ottawa’s première carpet and area rug store.

We carry a wide selection of area rugs, stair runners and wall-​to-​wall carpet. Area rugs can be customize to any size, shape, colour or pattern. Our stair runners are created for each stair case. Our store has the largest selection of wool carpet in the city.

We install all the products we sell.

History

Established in 1994.

Personal Impressions is a small family owed and operated business. The customer deals with the family at every step of the process. You will see see us in the store selling, at your house measuring and installing/​delivering your carpet.

We have build our business on our quality of our products and the quality of our labour.

At the beginning we started with just a workshop where we created custom area rugs and stair runners.

Over time we have continued to grow, innovate and expand our product lines.

At our store we now have a newly expanded and renovated showroom as well as our workshop.

We have setup our business to be intimate, creativity, hands-​on and to be designer oriented.

Personal Impressions has become a destination in Ottawa for all your carpet needs.
