We offer a Barbershop express service Tuesdays– Saturdays from 10am — 12pm. This is intended for short haircuts that take 15 – 20 minutes. This is a first come, first served service so come early as we usually have a few patrons waiting at the door!

Locally Made Pastries! Pie, Tarts, & cookies (Gluten free too!!) October

A Full service Barbershop and Salon (providing Hot Towel Shaves, Setting Services, Colour, and Haircut Services),

A Unique Tea café & social space (stocked with 25 loose leaf SILK ROAD Organic Teas for either a sit in, take away, or enjoy at home experience)

Board Games (from ESCAPE to Mage Wars we will provide you with the-​hard-​to get selection of great games), &

D&D nights, poetry slams, tea leaf readings, and much more!

History

Established in 2015.

Inspired by the social influences of barbershops in antiquity, Johnny & Alissa Ahsome’s Tea Beards is a community meeting place, a space to gather, exchange opinions & ideas, relax & engage in discussion, & of course the spot to throw down some poetry slam, Vinyl record club, or game tournament. F From their classic Barber Salon to their unique organic Tea Bar, Café & board game showroom, they strive to create a social hub in the down-​town core. Johnny and Alissa A.

Business Owner

Johnny Ahsome has over 25 years of experience in the hairdressing industry as Master colourist and stylist. Over the years he has practised and mastered the art of Manliness and is inspired by historical barbering techniques to then apply them to the styles of today. From his Classic Shave Service to Vintage haircuts and beard styles, Johnny is truly your local Barber.

Alissa Ahsome is a devoted Tea enthusiast with a passion to Brew exceptional quality teas for the town that loves to drink them! It is her goal to offer a unique store that houses the tools required for the perfect tea Experience!

Both began the Youth at Heart Drop In held every Monday from 3:30– 7:30 to encourage youth of all ages to re connect with their community through games.
