Beautiful day playing the East/​West versions of the Irish links course. Took advantage of the excellent Augusta special, free golf carts. Playing at peak time, myself and two Alberta guests felt it ‘best practice’ were we notified that 3 fairways were aerated. It detracted from our overall experience. With 27 holes for the taking, were we notified at check-​in, we’d easlily have substituted with 9 on the South course. Equinelle recently offered a $ 40 deal which included carts and were upfront about greens having been aerated. Emerald Links is a beautiful course, just do your research before booking as communications to the customer are in the rough.
