The service here was nice. We came with a wagjag deal. The restaurant, Panorama, was delicious but expensive.

The service staff do not seem happy to work here. We had terrible service during a recent banquet. They were going through the motions and cleared food and drinks before people were done. We felt like they wanted to rush us out. The next morning, the waitress who served coffee at the breakfast buffet didn’t smile and missed a number of people with coffee and cutlery. When the lack of coffee was pointed out, there was no apology and still no coffee! We will not go back to this hotel or restaurant.
