This place baffled me.
It appears to be a pretty good, but ordinary store for gelato, chocolates, and candies.
But when I asked they said that they had a complete chocolate factory in the back: that they make all their chocolate from the bean!
Could this be true? It just doesn’t make sense to me that they would go to this enormous effort and not sell the point more strongly, and can a store even do that without a greater volume.
And making your own chocolate just doesn’t jive with the types of cholate products they sell, and yet both of the employees I’ve asked where absolutely insistent on the point.

Last stop on a beer, spirits&cider tour with Niagara Fun Tours. We had excellent gelato (pumpkin pie and cheesecake) and were really impressed with the products in this store. Will definitely plan to stop here the next time we are through Grimsby.
