I will investigate your potential purchase from top to bottom, inside and out and report back to you. I carry out a comprehensive 800+ point home inspection of the inside and outside of the home.

As a former renovator (30 yrs) I know a money pit when I see one. I will present my findings onsite in a verbal consultation explaining the photos that I have taken, followed up with a comprehensive report, complete with pictures and detailed defect recognition. I offer solutions to defects that have been revealed.
