History

Established in 1986.

Paul Gazzola is the broker/​owner for 27 years and Guelph resident. Started as Lambden-​Gazzola Mortgages in 1986 was part of the merger that created the largest network of mortgage brokers in 2001. Paul went on to create and partner a new national brokerage in 2006 and still part of the Mortgage Architects brand. Authorized to work with all lenders, a team of veteran mortgage agents with over 110 years experience that specializes in all mortgage types including residential, commercial and private financing.

A member of CAAMP since inception and licensed broker since 1986. Has been on multiple financial institutions advisory boards and recognized as a top industry broker for many years.

I was a co-​founder with Lambden-​Gazzola Mortgages in 1986, co-​founder of Terra-​View Home in 1990, co-​partner in Mortgage Intelligence 2001 and Nortgage Architects 2006.

Paul is married to wife Michele and 2 children, Brittany and Chelsey. They are residents of Guelph all of their lives. The family loves sports and sun filled destinations.
