Went to Rogers this morning to rent a couple of movies for the weekend. Although there were 2 sales clerks working (1 trying to impress a female customer) both were busy with cell phone plan upgrades and pvr/​electronic purchases.
Not a fan of waiting more than 15 minutes to check out a few movies.
Shouldn’t the lengthier transactions be one line, and the quick movie rentals be another? Just sayin’…
