Update: The owner of the salon contacted me directly and has taken steps to correct this unfortunate situation. Would be willing to the salon again, and I thank the owner for their attention to this matter.
I was looking for last minute root retouch and a bang trim that had evening hours so I booked in with Christopher Crowell. Worst colour and bang trim I ever got.
The colour on my roots doesn’t even match the rest of my hair. I should have of known better, especially since he didn’t even match the colour before he mixed it. Looks like something I could have done myself with a box colour.
And I explicitly said I wanted a blunt bang trim straight across at my eyebrows. He cut into my bang and used trimming shears. Make sure you explain yourself if there is something specific you want.
