First I assume that someone there knows that your listed number on this Unilocal for Bayers Lake is a fax number. Second I am a tennis player and Malcolm is about the best around, he knows his stuff and pleasant to deal with.

Right off the bat, I will say. they have greatly improved their sales people’s work ethic from the old Cleve’s days. That being said, they still have some work to do. It’s clear they have a young staff, and not a ton of leadership. When you walk in, it’s like stepping back into high school(for me atleast) and not being a part of the cool kids clics. I had to interrupt a group of people having a chat by the shoes as I went to look for my own size. Not impressive to say the least. But in the end, when I was actually paid attention to, it was a quick and painless process from fitting to check out.

I recently went into Cleve’s to look for a pair of new sneakers. I was pleased with the service that I received, but I was rather disapointed with the selection. It seemed like every pair of sneakers that I wanted were not available in my size. The associate did however, offer to call another Cleve’s. I just ended up going across the street to another sporting store to get my new kicks! I did find the store nice and clean and I did end up buying a package of Nike socks at a great price.

The other day we went in to buy a basketball. Since I do not know much about them, we did require the help of the staff. A girl helped us out. I will say I was not impressed with you we had to look at the basketballs. They were all up around the ceiling, so here we were standing under a row of basketballs trying to decide which one. She was helpful with explaining a few things. We choose one and she got it down for us. It was a Wilson $ 50.00. I have been told Basketballs never really go on sale, especially around this time of year.

Today I went into Cleve’s with one mission at hand — to find a good men’s baseball glove. I was pleased to discover that they still had a fair selection, seeing as how the baseball season had ended over a month ago. Unsure, of exactly what I was looking for, I asked one of the young sales guys for help. He was more than happy to help and spent about 15 minutes with me trying on each glove, and letting me know, from a guy’s perspective, the good and bad of each one. He also took his time to explain to me the difference between a baseball and softball glove, and was very thorough in helping me find the perfect glove. I was grateful for his help and the excellent customer service.
