It was created to address the need of being able to better understand and work with the technology you have. To be able to connect your technology easily to get the best out of your tech.

Connect UR Tech is owned and operated by Halifax resident Matthew McNamara. who has a combined 8+ years of experience with providing technical support for multiple platforms such as Windows, OS X, BlackBerry, Android and iOS. Through various work experience with contact centers, formal education with television production and self-​taught skills resulted in a wide spectrum of knowledge of technology and media.

His passion for technology and education started back in 1997, when teaching children and senior’s computer and internet basics through a CAP site program located in his local community of Cape Breton Island. His most recent work experience was 5 years at BlackBerry (formally known as Research in Motion). It was here that he was given the opportunity to fine-​tune and demonstrate his technical expertise, customer service skills and teaching abilities’.
