I used to do my banking at this HSBC until I had a few separate occurrences take place.
*A had a cheque go missing after I deposited it into an atm at this bank. It turned up after two weeks. (somehow? I was never given an explanation)
* I was consistently treated poorly whenever I required customer service based on being 19 – 20 years old at the time. Pretty inexcusable.
Overall, HSBC has decent rates if you’re the type of person who uses their debit card 5 times a day, but the customer service was poor enough to warrant me taking my business elsewhere.
