Best nails I have ever gotten. I have had acrylics for over 7 years and this was the best ever!

I went to this salon for a lash extension fill because the girl who normally does mine was booked. :(
Upon arrival, the lady told me she didn’t want to do my lashes because she didn’t have any faux lashes long enough for my eyes. She was about to send me packing until I insisted she tried. I didn’t want to leave without lashes, I mean come on, don’t advertise the service and then refuse customers after they book. She went ahead with the application with the lashes she had in stock. Come to think of it, maybe this woman didn’t have experience and didn’t feel comfortable doing lash extensions? Not sure what the reasoning behind her trying to refuse me was, but nonetheless it did not make me feel like a valued customer.
I’m happy she went ahead and did them for me and only charged me $ 30, but the actual application was messy and rough. A poor job. Lots of pulling on my eye area and black markings all over my face when she was done. She scrubbed extremely hard to get it off, and even then she still sent me out with marks everywhere. My lashes don’t look very full and she missed tons of areas. Also, black glue clumped onto certain parts. Just an all over messy job.
I wish places like this would focus more on quality service rather than rushing the customer out the door.
Won’t be going back here, I’ll stick with the original girl I go to because she is gentle, clean and does a beautiful job, unlike Kylie’s Salon.

Luv this place! Get my uv gel’s here, waxing and pedi. Susan and Yen are very friendly! Prices are good, clean bright environment. The massage chairs are actually effective I thought. I’m gonna head up there for a foot massage shortly. Also the fact that they don’t mind at all to remain open after their usual closing time of 7pm if you want more treatments is great. Wish they did airbrush tanning though.

We took my boyfriend’s niece here for a birthday mani pedi. A pedicure with a mani (UV nails) was $ 65 — not bad at all. My boyfriend got a pedicure (his first ever) and it came to $ 30 (and he is thrilled to death with it, to his surprise).
It was busy, but we were allowed to book our appointments close to closing and they stayed late for us, which was very accommodating. The place was clean, and we could see them sanitizing the pedicure stations after each use. Sterilizing machines were within easy view and in use.
Possibly the only negative would be that instead of disposable flip flops for our fresh painted toes we were given used normal flip flops. Not a fan of that, so the review loses a star.
All told two mani-​pedis with UV nails and a pedicure came to $ 160 before taxes. Not bad.

Great new addition to the Larry Uteck area. Friendly, professional service. Extras like salt scrub and hot towels at the same price as the run of the mill nail salons.
