I love TBC. Their store is a tiny little hole in the wall on the Bedford Highway. While the location is nothing compared to Future Shop or Best Buy, the prices are competitive and I’ve actually always found what I’m looking for here. They can also special-​order items for you.
Service has always been impeccable, with all questions patiently answered and options provided for any repairs/​upgrades suggested. Incredibly knowledgeable owners. Because they are such a small business, it can take awhile for work to be completed on your computer. They are well worth the wait, however. Prices and customer service cannot be beat.

A pretty great local company that has been in this location for about 20 years. I have purchased a couple of hard drives, lots og SATA & IDE cables and network CAT 6 cable. The prices are consistently lower than the nameless box store, sometimes the price it’s about half (in the case of the SATA cable).
This time I am calling upon their service department. When I switch my 4 year Dell computer on nothing happens. So for about $ 34 they will diagnose the problem. The $ 34 will be applied to the ultimate repair cost. They appear to have a selection of power supplies and motherboards, one of which is likely to be my problem. My computer us «in the que» and I should get a call in 1 – 2 days with the diagnosis. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tech even came out from the backroom and added a few comments. Fingers are crossed.
