Although I am a residient of Halifax NS, I have stopped into this Visitor Information Center more than a handful of times. Halifax is a large area and regardless of the fact that I am from here, I have yet to travel all of the grounds. I have found myself there whenever I plan to travel long distances. I’ve stopped there for directions when I’ve travelled to Kejimikujic National Park, Bridgewater, Peggy’s Cove and many other places. The staff are friendly and I have a great collection of visitor maps now! They also have a map for me to take away.
