Winners

I don’t usually visit this Winners location very often, but when I do, I don’t know. If I take the time to look, I usually find something nice, but I just don’t ever want to linger here and look around. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not all bad. I bought one of my best wool coats here, and the handbag selection tends to be a bit trendier than some of the other Winners.
But, well, take for example their make-​up/​bath products/​general girl stuff section. It’s usually one of my fave spots to waste time. Beware: You will find a shocking amount of stuff you’ll want to buy. I mean it. There’s a lot of high-​end stuff as well as fun inexpensive stuff to try out for fun. However, half the time I time come here, I forget it exists because of how it’s crammed into a corner with poor management of what’s on the shelves. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind doing a bit of digging, but at least roughly group it together.
This is one of the older Winners locations now and it could do with a bit of a make-​over. Maybe it’s the lighting, I don’t know. I just don’t seem to find much to get excited over here.

I have a total love affair with Winners, especially this location but Mumford Rd and MicMac Mall are also very good. I love Winners because for such great prices you can pick up really different stuff that you don’t see every other person wearing. There stock is always changing and it is very rare that I walk through the doors that I don’t come out with something. As much as I love Winners for clothes/​shoes I love them even more for gifts it is almost always my 1^st stop when looking for gifts for friends or family. The only reason I would say to stay away from winners is if you are trying not to spend money cause it is almost impossible not to buy something.

I must say that out of a half of dozen Winners in Metro, this is one of my favourites.
I absolutely love the clothing and purses at the Chain Lake Drive location. They are always well stocked and the store is always neat and tidy. I also find a great selection of housewears and picture frames.
Winners is a great place to shop when you have no clue what to buy a friend of family member. You can always find a great gift for an inexpensive price.

I Love Winners! For those who want to brand names, but for a fraction of the cost, Winners is your store!
It is a hit and miss at all winners though. Some times you go in, and it is like hitting the jackpot. You find everything and then some. Other times you will go in, and nothing, zero, nada. You just find nothing that you want, or maybe it is at the end of the feeding frenzy for all the shoppers before you. All picked over!
Just wait for a new shipment to come in. Now, my experience at all Winners is the staff is found only, at the cash registers and dressing rooms. There are not staff walking up asking, may I help you. This is definitely a self-​serve kind of place. Also, you can spend a lot of time in here.
I have given many hours to perfect the shopping experience of Winners.
Also, not all stores carry the same merchandise.
