I came here a few times for lunch, and was happy every time. The staff treated us like family and the pasta was delicious! They accommodated me very well, taking meat out of the dishes that I ordered upon request.

Great experience, wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, quite salty for someone who doesn’t eat a ton of salt but overall delicious. Even the house salad went above our expectations! The calamari is worth mentioning as quantity was large and it was deliciously flaky.

Nice atmosphere, good waiters. Food was good, but vert salty. Well priced and large portions. Calamari was excellent and you get a good amount for $ 12.00. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Hamilton Authentic Italian cuisine with an upscale setting. Baci is the single best pasta restaurant in the city of Hamilton, and my absolute favourite anywhere. The fettuccini Alfredo is cooked in a house sauce, that is a perfect combination of creaminess and strength. The portion size is huge; a large bowl is for the famished. One of the biggest things that always draws me to Baci is the service. Every time I’ve been, service is ALWAYS top notch. The wait staff are friendly, attentive and courteous. In the hospitality industry, service is huge. You can have the best food in the world, and horrible service, and nobody will come back. This is a combination of fantastic service, with fantastic food, which makes the restaurant pretty… Fantastic. Special mention to the famous«Mama Yolanda Lasagna», which is available at Baci too. I’m not a fan of lasagna, but this I do enjoy occasionally. There’s a reason it’s famous. I also enjoy the bread that is brought out with oil and vinegar. Fresh, stone baked bread balls brought from the oven to the table(I eat way too many). Overall, the restaurant is FANTASTIC. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys Italian, or good food in general.

Was there on Monday. I ordered linguine with seafood. The pasta was like rubber and the scallops were the same. My friend ordered lasagna which was very dry. She asked for more sauce twice in order to eat it. Very disappointing!

Best pasta in the city. Half price Sunday even better. Brick oven pizza is amazing. The rabbit is like grandma use to make.

I stayed one more night in the hotel and had to try again because the food is great, and it seems unfair to the chefs that are working so hard in the heat of the kitchen. I decided that going in and ordering would be the easiest, so I stopped in and a great 6′ 3′ waiter helped me quickly and suggested the seafood pasta… can’t recall the name… but certainly more«Italian» than that… lol. «No problem sir, we will have it ready for pick up for you in 10 min.» — and they were super busy again. 15 min. later I stopped down and it was ready and up I went back to my room to relax with fresh pasta smothered with homemade tomato sauce, shrimp, clams, and scallops. Great job. so I guess the story here is… hit or miss on the front of house. maybe I’m being critical but I truly believe when the food is great and they are working that hard, it’s not fair to have anything let the chefs down.

Excellent prices for the food, I absolutely love their pizza and Oreo cheesecake! The staff is exceptionally friendly and will take care of you accordingly. They are very customer oriented and will make up for any complaint or bad experiences you may have with the food. They have some of the best chefs in the country. One has actually competed on chopped Canada, all of their chefs can definitely plate any dish beautifully no matter what your restrictions are in regards to diet! In a summary: if you want a romantic night out or even a small get together be sure to make reservations ahead of time and I recommend the squash risotto! Cheers :)

Amazing! Been twice and loved it! Can’t wait to go back again! Pastas are awesome and service was outstanding! Classy but casual and a relaxed environment for a nice dinner with friends or family. So impressed with the authentic Italian options and menu, delicious and beautiful dishes at mostly affordable prices :) Would love more dessert options for the future menu???

Delish Italian cuisine. I like the chicken parm. They have some great apps. Wine is very reasonably priced here. I can only fault them for the service… it takes awhile for food here. But, if you aren’t in a hurry or crazy hungry… it’s really good. I’ve taken quite a few people here.

We have dined at Baci Ristorante several times now and only one meal was average. Not bad just average. It involved Bruschetta on pita bread(at an Italian restaurant? must have been a phase they were going through). All of the other meals were excellent. Favorites of mine would be the Rabbit and Lamb Shank. Several of the pasta dishes are also quite nice. Portions were ample and the quality of the food exceeds the price. Servers are attentive without being pesky. I always recommend Baci’s to friends.

Nice place. Maitre D was a little annoying. Rissotto and lasagna entrées with calamari, brushetta and salad apps. Calamari was excellent. Cooked tender. Lasagna was a little bit of a let down. Underseasoned and bland. Rissotto was ok but not great. Portion was way too large for rissotto. Noticed every patron walked out with take away container. Undecided if we would return.

Outstanding Italian! Calamari was perfection on a plate. 10 layer Lasagna was baked in pizza wood oven and so delicious. Service was wonderful!

While passing through Hamilton, relatives suggested we stay at the attached hotel and meet for dinner at Baci. I think this could be Hamilton’s hidden gem. Both the service and the food were excellent. Truly enjoyed my Osso Buco. Ignazio, the bartender(and our waiter) is a great host. When we’re back in Hamilton, we’ll be eating at Baci.

I introduced my best friends to Baci on Labour Day. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get a reservation on short notice. Most lilkely because people didn’t realize Baci would be open. In any event, Patrick was his usual accommodating personality(I swear he must have a room at the hotel because he ALWAYS seems to be there) and did not disappoint. We ordered bruschetta as an appetizer — which, I believe, was presented differently than I had in the past. As I recall, last time I was there, with another friend, the toppings were separate and we added them to the bread — this time, all of the toppings were already placed — either way, it was perfect. Jane ordered the squash soup. I tried a spoonful and it was delicious Janie agreed. Grant ordered via pescara(seafood dish), I ordered my usual polpettine(spaghetti and meatballs) and Jane had the di trevi(ham, onions, and peas in vodka rose sauce). Everything was absolutely fabulous. And, of course, the portions were huge, as usual. The fact that it was half price pasta night only added to our delight. Once again, Baci and their wonderful staff did everything to make our meal and experience thoroughly enjoyable. Can’t wait for my next visit. Mary Spencer

Fantastic little restaurant. Very good atmosphere and décor. I ordered the chef’s special, stuffed peppers appetizer, and it was delicious. The menu had a variety of Italian entrees. Baci was inside the Best Western, but don’t let that stop you, Baci is better than a typical hotel restaurant and reasonable prices.
