Mixed reviews about this place, don’t know where to start I’ve been to this specific location quite a few times, and 7⁄10 times, had a problem. That being said, management has always been pretty solid. One of the first times I ever went to Boston Pizza, a server accidentally sprayed me in the eye with a table cleaner. He was a cool young guy, and it was an obvious accident. He gave me the contact info for the owner, and he invited us back for a meal. The food is always good here; nothing to write home about, but it is indeed tasty. The pizza is over priced for what you actually receive; large pizza can reach up to $ 35! They do have«gourmet pizza», like bacon cheeseburger, etc. Every time I’ve went there, the drink machine is out of service.(Frozen slush based drinks). It’s been really really disappointing that over the course of five months, I’ve yet to try their famous twisted rocket It is pricy for what you get, but again, the food is tasty. It can be quite expensive for a family meal

Three of us went here tonight to celebrate a birthday. This place is nice inside. The bar area is actually a separate section to keep the dining area a little quieter. Nice touch. And, there are separate outdoor patios that look amazing with wooden structures and plants. We were seated towards the back. There are tv screens around the place. The décor is really modern. Our server was friendly and set us up with the pizza bread appetizer. It came quickly and tasted like garlic bread. Very good, crispy. We ordered two buffalo chicken sandwich entrees and a chipotle chicken. All came out within 20 minutes and all looked perfect. The sauce for the buffalo chicken sandwich was nice and hot, what a kick to it! The salad was super fresh, and the bread they used was also crunchy good. They gave the birthday boy a free dessert. For it being free, it was done nicely, with a warm brownie and ice cream. Good food, fast friendly service, I like this place, and will certainly be back!

Food just okay, but found 3 distinct mistakes on the bill where we were charged over the menu price. The manager had to fix the bill twice and admitted they were in error each time. One would think they would do more than just correct the overcharges. So how many other guest get charged extra and don’t even notice.

The food was okay — but the thing that would make me return was the service. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our beers were ordered, poured, and on the table in record time. Our food took around 10 minutes to get to us, and our server was pleasant and attentive, but not too intrusive.

My mom really likes Boston pizza because a) she loves eating ribs and b) you can earn air miles with your meal. So whenever it’s her turn to pick a restaurant, it’s a guarantee that we’ll be at BP, like it or not. This location isn’t too bad, it’s not too busy and not dead either. On Saturdays they have this meal deal: a full rack of ribs with a starting salad and a side of pasta for $ 20. Not too shabby. Food wise, this location is ok, ribs weren’t as juicy and fall-off-the-bone as some other BPs I’ve been to and the salad was show signs of age. Service is quick and prompt and the waitstaff are pretty nice. Not a bad choice for a decent meal(especially on a Saturday). And you get air miles too, woo hoo! note: if coming on a night that UFC is on, they add $ 5/person to your bill but will give you back that money in a form of a voucher to be used the next time you come.
