Heads up to any potential consumers out there, stay far away from Factory Direct. They employ people who have no clue with what they’re selling, and all their refurbished products are from an American third party company who refurbs product without any kind of warranty at all. Their front page door crashers are limited to often 2 per store, and have few selection of anything similar. This place is an absolute joke, please take your business to an establishment that understands what they’re selling.
