Meet the Business Owner

Frank G.

Business Owner

Frank Genesee has been practicing law for more than 42 years. He has extensive trial experience in both criminal law and civil litigation. He has conducted hundreds of criminal matters successfully at many levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Quebec Court of Justice. Frank is an expert and a pioneer in the area of alcohol-​related driving offences.

Frank was one of the founders of the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association and is also a member of the Hamilton Criminal Lawyers Association and the Hamilton Law Association.
