I wish I read this review before I dropped off my wedding dress to be cleaned. They destroyed my wedding dress, it’s ripped and and wrinkled with holes from the cleaning process, the flower on the dress is gone. It looks like they threw the wedding dress into the washing machine. First they said they would fix it but it took 2 weeks to tell me it’s not their fault and that it came like that and they yelled and threatened me when I asked for my dry cleaning money back and they’ll call the police (I wasn’t even yelling or screaming at them).
