Hi-Line Centre Pizza Wings

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the pizza to come. When it arrived the pizza was cold and the driver gave us the pizza bent like a taco, burnt, and stale. I told them that I was paying by debit when I made the order. The delivery guy told me to come out of my apartment to get the pizza only to tell me that he didn’t bring the debit machine. He had to come back again with it. I called them to complain about it and they offered to give the pizza for free. An hour later the delivery man started knocking on our door to tell me the manager has changed his mind and that he decided that he did want to charge us after all. I paid them, because Hi Line pizza taught me to never buy anything from them ever again.
If I wanted a pizza to look like that I would have just gone to Taco Bell.

great value (ie cheap) for pizza and panzarotto — good quality too

could use some work on cleanliness, especially outside (garbage overflowing, needs to be cleaner) — could also use some renovation… looks ratty
