Iris Optometrists and Opticians

This is by far the worst eye clinic I’ve ever been to.
Twice I’ve come for an appointment only to find they closed the office for the day or the other time the Dr. herself was not even in. So unorganized and irresponsible of them to treat their customers this way only to give poor excuses for their failures. Not only is it impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, emails or return calls but to top it off only open twice a week! I think if you pay $ 130 for an eye exam you would expect professionalism on their side. I would not recommend anyone to consider iris for any eye needs. They need to work on their customer service and make sure if they have to close for the day to CALL the people who had to take time off of work to show up for an appointment. Waste of time and money.
