Besides our curbside service around town, you’ll find us participating in numerous events. And we cater. Lots and lots of people have experienced how much fun it is to throw a party and have a food truck deliver the food — and our corporate clients love us too.

History

Established in 2013.

Jonny Blonde has been cooking professionally for fifteen years. Soon he was working in lead roles in two of Burlington/Oakville’s finest Italian three-​star restaurants (La Costa and Amici-​Impazza Ristorante).

Eventually, Jonny moved to Cumbrae’s, franchiser of top-​flight retail meat stores and farms for naturally-​raised meats. Their artesanal food, its ties to health, the environment, local farmers and sustainability had a major influence on his cooking. It was his inspiration when he decided to strike out on his own with a gourmet bistro on wheels.

Since his launch in 2013, Jonny’s truck has been well received and celebrated with several awards and distinctions.
