A pleasant surprise in Hamilton. Very good food quality but a bit pricey… at least the fish is fresh so you get what you paid for (so one can always argue you get what you pay for-​in this case good food quality. Good seating environment. Quiet and good service.

The place was surprisingly empty on a Friday night, may have been due to bad weather, but I prefer less crowded restaurants anyways. Service was fast and friendly and the food was pretty good. I especially enjoyed the croquettes and gyoza that were part of the bento box. Tempura tasted a bit bland, but nothing was bad.
I would give this place a higher rating, but it’s just so pricy. We got a bento box (soup, salad, 4 piece sushi app and then the box itself) for $ 24 and a $ 19 Maki dinner (dynamite roll, California roll and one hand roll). It fed both of us nicely, but I feel like either the quality should’ve been higher or the prices should’ve been lower to really make it worth $ 50 something for two.

This place is the best sushi restaurant I have found in Burlington/​Hamilton area. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The waitress is nice and welcoming and the chefs are likable and know how to make great sushi. The fish are really fresh and of high quality. The dishes are nicely decorated and considering other choices you have around here, the higher price is justified.
I usually get the sushi lunch that comes with miso soup and fresh tasty salad. Highly recommended.

Had lunch here and found the service very fast and friendly. The fish was astonishingly fresh.

Had some takeout from here…(volcano roll and tempura app. Was very good and fresh… small place but excellent quality. Will have to try eating in next time. One of the highest rated sushi places in Hamilton according to those who I have talked to.
