What an excellent phở spot. The service is quick and relatively friendly The food is great. I got a small bowl of phở with rare beef and beef balls, and it came out very decently sized. The broth wasn’t oily like a lot of places and the flavour wasn’t too strong or bland. Just right. The noodles were the usual, and they didn’t skimp on the beef which was delicious too. My only complaint is that it’s a bit far from my home!

It was a late evening with wind and a cold drizzle. I was craving for noodle soup. While I was searching through Unilocal, this place stood out from the list. We decided to try without a second thought and ended up being the right move. This is a big restaurant compared to other phở restaurants. It has 5 — 6 booth seating areas and large dining area. Very spacey, clean and neat. All of them were speaking Vietnamese and background music was Vietnamese music too. Actually we were only non-Vietnamese customer at that time. When we sat, our waitress gave us a menu and order sheet. It took us a little while to decide. They have a big menu. Various Vietnamese foods including a big assortment of phở. They will come and pick up the order sheet once you fill up order sheet. Food comes out fast. We enjoyed food we orders but phở was best I’ve ever tasted. It was really really good. It’s really rare for me to show two thumbs up with just one bowl of noodle soup. But it was that good. Garnish on the soup was dead on. Broth wasn’t greasy but so rich with flavor. You could tell they put lots of effort to making their broth. Sad thing is it’s 450 miles from my place, I won’t be able to visit so often. I will just dream about it. If you like phở, please try this place. You won’t get disappointed.

Hands down best phở in Hamilton. This encompasses the service, the quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Phở Binh Minh is tucked into a corner of a plaza beside No Frills on Upper James. When you walk into the store it is always clean, always bright, and almost always busy. You’re noticed right away when you walk in and and quickly seated. I usually get the special phở and my boyfriend gets the chicken, pork chop, and egg rice combo. When we’re really hungry we also order the chicken wings as an appetizer. The food here is sooo good. The broth smells and tastes amazing. It’s a darker soup and it is to die for. There is an enormous amount of noodles waiting for you in the bowl and the restaurant does not cheap out on the meat. The meat is piled on so you’re not only eating noodles at the very end(happens a lot). The rice here is yummy too. The meat are cut thick and they’re seasoned so well. I never had a bad time here and we used to come every week last summer. Recently I was really hungry around 9:45 and we noticed they closed at 10PM. Hoping we were able to get take-out, they offered us a table and told us to take our time. The thing is a lot of restaurants tell us to «take our time» but then hand us the bill when it’s closing time. We stayed till 10:15PM and even though we were handed our bill they told us «no rush, no rush, take your time». Excellent food and service. I can’t wait till I’m back in Hamilton this weekend to eat here again.

Best goddamned Phở ‘n’ Curry in Hamilton, period. Also, without hyperbole, they have the finest bubble tea I’ve had ever; it’s better than any I’ve had in Toronto, Mississauga, etc etc.

This is my favorite go-to for phở — What more can I say but delicious!!! I usually order the #35, and the shrimp spring rolls are definitely a must-try! The service is good, speedy, and friendly. I’ve dined in several times and the food is top notch, 5 stars.

Favourite place to eat in Hamilton. I’ve probably had phở at about 20 different places now, and this is honestly the best, hands down. Hand rolls are absolutely to die for with a tasty peanut sauce. Service is generally good, but interior could use a makeover. Booth seats are coated with duct tape, which is an eyesore. All things aside, best Vietnamese in Hamilton, period.

The goto restaurant for Vietnamese food in Hamilton. Been going to this joint for 2+ years. The soup base is good(not too salty), the grilled rice dishes(chicken, pork and beef are all good. Would recommend #42) are probably one of the best you’ll ever taste in Canada. The vermicelli is crisp. Although their pad thai could use some work. If you are in the central mountain area, this is he viet restaurant to goto. Don’t even bother with Phở Da Bo across the street.

I’ve been going here ever since I moved to the area over five years ago. My favourites are the Phở and Bun. Both are incredibly tasty. The key to good Phở is the broth, and Phở Binh Minh has some of the best I’ve tried anywhere.

This place was so good I signed up for an account to write a review. I was greeted immediately upon walking in, and promptly given a menu and paper to write down my order. There were a few families dining in. Usually at 4:30 there’s no one inside, so I figured this was a good sign. I had the grilled and shredded pork vermicelli, with a spring roll. My only complaint is that I decided not to get spring rolls since one came in my meal, and immediately regretted it. The spring roll wasn’t greasy and you can really tell it was hand made. The sauce meant for dipping and the spring roll complimented each other very well. The pork was cooked perfectly, and it wasn’t chewy at all. The taste wasn’t what I was expecting, but it was delicious. A tad tangy and perfectly spiced. The price is right too. I only paid $ 8 and I couldn’t even finish it all. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
