I went in here today with some scrap gold and silver jewellery. The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and friendly. He (forgot his name: P) carefully examined each item and explained the whole testing process to me. After that he weighed everything in front of me and then made an offer that I accepted. His offer was considerably more then the offer I received at a local pawn shop. :)
