A serviceable neighborhood pub with game day specials. Nothing really stands out. Your standard pub grub and predictable taps. If you live in the area and want to watch«the game», a fine enough place. Lots of TVs and they know when to turn up the volume. Service is friendly, although I feel they are a little short staffed(one waitress working the whole«house»).

Sun. July 12⁄15 approx 2PM. The beer was not cold, wasn’t warm but was certainly not cold. Had one and left. Quite disappointing after a long hike in warm weather on a nearby nature trail. One domestic draught and glass of tonic; $ 10. The staff was young and that means interjecting into the patrons conversation without warning is acceptable, to them.

Pretty straight-forward pub fare and atmosphere. Entrance is kind of weird — you walk into seating and have to go around t. Nothing knocked our socks off, but the food was okay. Brought our young daughter — staff was very good, offering to expedite her meal lest she get hungry and cranky.

This place is great. A cool historic building too. Been eating here since I was a kid. Tried their perogis last night. 3 come on the plate and they are the size of hockey pucks. Amazing! Wide variety on the menu too. Daily deals, as well. Will definitely see you again soon American House. To a job well done!

We went here on a Saturday night at 6pm. We were a table of 3 people. One had the jerk chicken, goulash short rib, chicken fusilli. To start we had the bacon and macaroni bites. The atmosphere was nice. Our Server was great. She recommended certain dishes.
